Many years ago my company was in the beginning stages of a Large Design Build contract for the rehabilitation of a 65,000 sq ft medical office which was being converted into a Data Center for St. Francis Hospital in Hartford Ct. While working on the design and takeoff for the project our estimator suddenly passed away leaving us without an estimator. I had heard of Candels Estimating and although never using an estimating service I thought we would give it try. From my very first phone call and then immediately meeting with Marc and Linda I new I had made the right choice. They quickly picked up where we had left off and completed the project without an issues.
